So even with Zion in the back BI is just useless? Doesn’t even get in the game? Did I miss something happening to him?
This is his 2nd game back from injury, was just out for over 3 weeks. Only played 23 minutes in his first game back too.
Disaster ending for the Pels. Zion had the game in his hands and somehow got injured.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
AD clutch :pimp: saved the disaster ending we might've had with Bran bricking everything.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Most likely hamstring injury for Zion. Will be out on Thursday .
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Lakers roles players completely won that game.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Margin of victory significantly less than the free throw differential. Who could have predicted?

Yeah, those non contact injuries are always really worrisome. Zion might be done for the season.

Diplomatic answer: just recently returned from injury, and played like shit all game along with McCollum.
Less diplomatic answer: everything listed above plus Trey Murphy is on the trajectory of being just as good if not better.

The Pelicans are ALWAYS injured. Zion and BI are never healthy for long. AD had tons of injuries in his Pels days. Cousins got injured his 1st year with AD. I swear they have had playoff level talent for a long time but they can't stay healthy...

For sure. That was a really bad game from LeBron & AD.

Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Should not be able to challenge 1 minute into the game.

So that's why they have no one to root for them in the long run.

Lol why not ?
If the call is clearly wrong, challenge it.
Doesn’t matter when.

It's not about the call being right or wrong.

I’m not being serious here, but interesting conspiracy theory type assertion:
New Orleans is below sea Level.
Denver is 5200ft above sea level.
Everyone weighs a few pounds less at a mile high.
Assuming below sea level might add a pound or two to one’s perceived/felt weight lol

Oh I know what you’re getting at…. You just don’t like a game that just started … being interrupted… you find it annoying and momentum-stalling, etc. fk all that. If it’s wrong it’s wrong. Make it right.

Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Losing to the Lakers when both LeBron and AD play like shit is crazy. But Zion getting hurt was a killer. I hope he’s fine for the next game he doesn’t deserve to miss the playoffs due to a dumbass rule by Silver

Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Really want to hear the official explanation for Ingram not playing.

This Warriors Kings game is FRANTIC

Prevent the Pelicans for coming back and winning obviously.
Really want to hear the official explanation for Ingram not playing.
Must have been more than minutes restriction.
Ingram probably re-aggravated something slightly. Which when coupled with Zion injury, and CJ shooting really poorly, Pels mindstate gotta be in the dumpster RN.

Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Klay's body language, stance, and everything about him is telling me he's totally checked out right now.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Are the Warriors throwing in the towel. Why isn't Steph in?

To be honest that is his normal body language.

Only a curry-led team would be accused of quitting during the playoffs... just insane the lack of leadership and conviction.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Kerr really had Steph sitting since the 9 minute mark and they're down 16.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Why does Klay look like the edible from yesterday still hasn’t fully worn off ?
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Klay has more minutes than Steph.

Keon Ellis looks like he’s gonna buy tits and identify as the greatest WNBA player of all time.

Likely the playin because he finished in the top 8.
-
Re: Play in games tonight. Lakers/Pelicans and Warriors/Kings.
Warriors are playing terrible and only down 8? If Steph and Klay heat up in the 2nd half...
Kings need to extend the lead if they want to win this.

his meltdowns are what keep me somewhat interested in basketball at this point.

The play-in tourney aka losers bracket.
