Even now, with the Jazz 15-man roster for the 2016-17 NBA season all but set, Lindsey and his brain trust are hard at work, getting to know a slew of vagabond ballers on a personal level. Just this week, a couple of notable players were at the Zions Bank Basketball Center, strutting their stuff for the Jazz GM.

We'll see. I think there could be more moves coming after camp starts. Notable?

Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul reacted quickly to fill its need for a big man under the rims by signing a one-year deal with center Tibor Pleiss, the club announced on Monday. A veteran of five Turkish Airlines EuroLeague seasons, Pleiss (2.18 meters, 26 years old) arrives days after Galatasaray parted ways with center Nenad Krstic last week. Pleiss spent last season playing for Utah in the NBA and Idaho in the NBDL.
The key to this jump for Miller was that his USG% went up 5.7% to 24.2%. For Hood to have this sort of role on offense he would have to increase his usage by 2.7% and take 3.4 more shots a game. That may be a tough order for Hill on a suddenly much deeper roster, but that would be the path for Hood to take that type of leap.
His usage will be down if he's still on the team. Hopefully a lot more efficient though!
Hill fills a hole at the point guard position that ultimately saw Utah miss out on the playoffs last season.
They had a lot bigger issues than Neto. Burke being on the team was one though.
If Hill had have been on the roster last season, making the postseason would have become a near certainty for the Jazz.
If any decent vet that actually fit what they do unlike Burke they make the playoffs. I imagine they could hvae gotten Mack at any time.
