He sounds stupid as hell. Naturally being from the deep south ... but it's really bad with him. He isn't very intelligent as you can see.

Yes, because if they haven't learned to speak proper English by the age of 17 or 18, and were allowed to graduate from high school in spite of that shortcoming, a year of college will fix at.
