Wilt claimed to have sex with 20,000. He made the claim at about 55 years old and according to people who knew Wilt in highschool, he wasn't popular with girls who viewed him as a freak, one friend said Wilt probably graduated highschool as a virgin. So for Wilt to have sex with that many he'd have to have sex with an average of 526 women every year from the time he was 18 until he was 55. If Wilt's claim is accurate then he still has Magic beat. of course if Wilt didn't start this prolific pace of his until 22 or 23 when he was a professional basketball player then the number goes up to an average of 588-606 women per year. Robert Cherry's biography does quote a lot of Wilt's friends who say women were all over Wilt and their quotes make his claim seem less ridiculous, but even Robert Cherry claims the 20,000 figure was probably an exaggeration.

I thought it was pretty well known that the Showtime Lakers had one of the more interesting locker rooms of all time. You had Magic and Worthy screwing anything that's not nailed down (Worthy was famously caught with a prostitute before a playoff game), A.C.
