Aren't Smith and Afflalo both free agents?

With the Clippers' $13,124,968 in cap space, couldn't they sign J.R. ($6,757,851) and Afflalo ($1,959,577) and still have around $4.4 million in remaining cap room?

That cap is gone after Billups+DJ extension dude. Clippers are now over cap a couple million. We got 3.5 million trade exception which counts as cap though.

He would go to the Clippers and seriously think he's the best SG in LA. :facepalm
