That is no where near 5%. At 10% you have a full six pack. He's somewhere between 10-12%.
These numbers are exaggerated all the time and most people don't have a concept of how lean 5% body fat truly is.
This dude is a true 5%. He is also water depleted, but you can obviously see the difference.

He's on steroids
He's on steroids
Ok, so? 5% bodyfat is 5% bodyfat.
Ok, so? 5% bodyfat is 5% bodyfat.
Question!!!!
Do you actually think you need to take steroids to get to 5% body fat

No, but 99.999% of people would need to take steroids to maintain that level of muscle mass at that low of a bodyfat. They would also need a near perfect diet and lifting routine. Most people would end up looking like this by the time they hit 5%:

I don't think the Silverback Gorilla vs Ben and Lebron should have been locked just because somebody didn't like it. It was cause for some interesting discussion. If you don't like a thread then don't click on it.
Bench press - Blake, more brute strength.
100m dash - LeBron, he's faster.
Arm wrestling - Not sure.. both have some guns. I'll say LeBron because I think his arms are longer.
Furthest thrown football - LeBron probably.
Most powerful punch - LeBron I suppose.
Most powerful kick - Blake, he has hops.
Most flexible - LeBron.
Reaction time - LeBron.
Boxing match - I take Blake because of the height advantage.
Most silverback gorillas slain in 5 minutes - Both die before killing any.
Fight to the death - Blake, he has ginger rage.
IMO.
On the arm wrestling, the shorter arms would be an advantage.
n the arm wrestling, the shorter arms would be an advantage.
Throwing a football, then longer arms would be an advantage, as well as in boxing.

Lebron's not 5% and will never be if you are competing in a sport of basketball that involves strength and explosiveness.
The lower your body fat is .... the weaker you are.
Bodybuilders have their bulking phase where they lift heavy and eat as much as they can. This is when they are at their strongest.
When it comes to competition...they will start dieting and start to cut the fat to show more of their vascular body, which they will be at their weakest due to lack of food.
Why do you think there is a buffet of food in the lockerroom after every game for these athletes....because they need to grub after all that energy they are exerting.
Lebron in everything. Not taking anything away from Blake, but Lebron is one of, if not the greatest physical specimen this game has ever seen.
Do you jack-off to him every night?
