Its not like the off season is done lol. They traded a big who was out of the rotation for a young wing player who has a versatile skill set . I think this is one of the better deals he's done since coming in

Can someone explain to me why Charlotte do this? Lance didn't play well with them but he was on a pretty decent contract, better than the Hawes contract at least

They obviously don't believe in Lance anymore. Sometimes a player just needs a change of scenary. On paper, the Clips stole this one because Hawes was worthless and Barnes is 35 and he could decline dramatically at anytime. Lance is still only 24 with a high ceiling if he has his head on right. The Clips needed a guy like Lance more than anything else.
