Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
Fvck you hater
We all know Uncharted will win GOTY and be the greatest game of all time. It'll be a pop culture phenomenon that will make billions and bring an end to child starvation in Africa, almost like the orgasmic Le Last of Us, which was so emotional it made Jesus cry.
If you can't see that you're a stupid troll dipshit lol

P.S. GameRankings says I'm better than you!
GameRankings does state TLOU & Uncharted 2 is better than any MGS title.
Well actually, it's the opinion of critics that have reviews the games. GameRanking simply aggregates their reviews into one score. :oldlol:
West-Side does state that Shade8780 is a douche bag.

Macmac is a cool dude, but his post was uncalled for.
That list the OP posted is legit. It doesn't make him 15.
I just hate how people try to shove these old games down my throat.
Since the PS3/360 inception, there were so many incredible games that simply are far more engaging than old ass Super Mario or Zelda or Baldur Gates.
I have all 3 on my top 20 list, most likely but its mostly because of nostalgia or memory. Its game I value because I spend so much time playing them. Just like I did with Ken Griffey Jr Winning Run on SNES.
However, I think it's pretty poor judgement to judge a person for putting all 10 games in his top 10 from 2008 to now.
There has certainly been a lot of epic games that are just as good as some of those older classics.
The problem becomes, relativity.
Games today are far more engaging and far more beautiful. You can get lost in the stories they tell. Super Mario could NEVER achieve that level of connection, yet I'll have a 56 year old nerd calling out my taste because I put RDR over Super Mario 3. *rolls eyes*
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
Resident Evil 4 is the game everyone ripped off.
TLoU is basically RE4 gameplay.
Same goes for Uncharted, Gears of War, and basically every 3rd person shooter today.
I played RE 4 on the PC this year for the first time since 2005 and it's still pretty amazing.
Good video:

Timeless games will age like wine. This is why Golden eye does not compare to the glory that is Halo CE.
No mention of Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow whatsoever? I could be 83 y/o and I'd still be enjoying the shit out of those 3.
Good call. When a game doesnt really have to change much but is stl consistently good and a huge system seller you know they did something right.
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
Don't know if I posted this in here already but I played the ps4 store shit where you can play ps3 games and I liked where the story was headed at first, but then it just got too focused on some other shit. I ran out of the subscription to continue.
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
Last of Us isn't in the GOAT game discussion.
That top-10 list in the OP is a joke.

Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
Just finished playing through uncharted 2 again, still not sure why ps fanboys didn't choose to pump up that game instead of tlou. It does nearly everything better than tlou.
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
The more I read that list, the funnier it gets. 3 MGS titles? Mass Effect 2? Witcher 3? That list is the video game equivalent of NBA lists that pick LeBron or Kobe as the GOAT.

eh it's not that funny it just makes it obvious the list was made by someone who's around 15 years old and either hasn't played older games or didn't play them when they were current.
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
You guys are really gonna judge someone's age by their favorite games? :oldlol: I'm 22.
****ing morons
Re: The Last of Us is the best game ever made
All legendary games with metacritic ratings in the mid 90's
:facepalm
Using metcritic is retarded ESPECIALLY when talking about games that existed before the internet was big. There's numerous industry articles around about trying to get rid of metacritic as a resource because it's a cancer on the games industry.
