damn so after promising to build a wall to keep out illegals and drugs, he's only building a 55 mile fence which is roughly .03% of the entire length of the US-MEXICO border?
rebuttals: but, but there's already 700 miles of fencing, umm, incomplete fencing that is fill with gaps (swiss cheese has less gaps) and it's a fence, not a wall.

FAKE NEWS: The wall didn't get shorter. We actually went out and measured the border and the bigly results are in. Truth is it came out to exactly 55 miles. Just like I always said. Big, beautiful 55-mile border wall from sea to shiny sea.

Tragic thing is that if he would actually say this, most of his moronic base would believe him.
I think this here is gonna be the reason the senate tries to block it too:

They know the next democrat if hes extreme enough would declare a BS emergency for global warming or child hunger or whatever else.
Mitch said he thought the Senate would narrowly vote to block it. Right now pence would be the tie breaker but some more republicans are leaning towards blocking it too.
Its all just ammo for the legal fight im sure.
