Trump has no problems delivering live speeches, taking live questions, putting actual sentences together and not constantly stopping to think what the question was again or saying "ummm, uhhhhh every 10 seconds, scrambling to think of what to say.

Just a few days ago Trump couldn't answer when Hannity asked him why he wanted a second term. There are multiple people that have been part of his cabinet that have called him an idiot. There is no other president in American history of whom that is true.
