Re: 3ball, why can LeBron win with Irving, but KD can't?
The Nets were beating the Bucks even without Harden, he needed just one of those guys healthy.
Ben Simmons is a star player. As flawed as he might be, the Nets could have really used his defense/rebounding/playmaking & transition offense in this series.
KD's team right now (minus Simmons) is not better than the 2016 Cavs. He has a bunch of guards and the corpses of Drummond/Griffin/LMA. Bran had much better defensive players around him and a better coach.
they actually weren't.
they were down in game 4 before kyrie's injury, it was on pace for a 2-2 series. And that was with knowing Harden might come back which is mucb more mentally freeing.
I know Simmons is a star player. He just has nothing to do with this.
You're conflating the issue.

Re: 3ball, why can LeBron win with Irving, but KD can't?
Worst excuse ever. Dude is healthy. Just can't figure out Boston's defense.
Lebron had a 3rd perennial all-star teammate in 2016 and the current Kyrie/Durant are way past their prime and washed up by years of injuries
The numbers show this pretty clearly - Love was a 26/13 player and a luxury to have as 3rd or 4th option, while the current Kyrie/Durant have played like old, washed up bums

Love in the 2016 Finals: 9 & 7 on 47%TS
And he missed the entirety of Game 3 as well.

false.
Love missed 2 games in the 2016 finals.
Besides, Love was a role player and several current Nets are outproducing him.
Durant and Irving are objectively better players now than they were in 2016.
I see you found your excuse nieche though.
Are we gonna stick with these? :lol
Any other LeBron hater might as well feel adressed also.
Is this a for real question? For one bron is better than kd. He was especially better in 16 compared to kd now coming off an Achilles injury.
Second, the cavs were a much better team than this nets team dude.

Re: 3ball, why can LeBron win with Irving, but KD can't?
this isn't kyrie from 2016. that guy could drop almost 30 a game in the finals. this kyrie is lucky to do that once a season at this point

Re: 3ball, why can LeBron win with Irving, but KD can't?
This forum legit breeds stupidity lmao
There's no way Jeff isn't starting this shit for clicks lmfao

Re: 3ball, why can LeBron win with Irving, but KD can't?

Kyrie's averaged 27 ppg in Brooklyn, more than he ever did in Cleveland.

Is Kyrie demolishing Tatum like he did MVP Curry?
So Kyrie/Durant are clearly washed up.
And the 16' Cavs were so stacked that a 26/13 player like Love played a spot-up role
So again, these Nets didn't have a 3rd perennial all-star like Love, while Kyrie/Durant are washed up

Wtf are you talking about ?
Kyrie dropped 60 like nothing this year. All his stats are up since he left Cleveland.

Dude averaged 27 points in the games he played this year and just turned 30.
Durant was averaging 31/7/7 in March and April.

Wonder what some idiots will say when the nets and kd/Kyrie start off well next year
