It's actually worse than that.
13% represents black people as a whole. In reality it's black males between the ages of 18-34

No one is saying blacks don't commit more crimes than whites. No one has ever said that, not even black people.

Dooms was posting videos about "FINALLY!!! white people have had enough!!!!" as though blacks are never arrested for their crimes. Like finally the tide is turning and we are finally doing something about this. but they ARE arrested, our prisons are overloaded with black people. :oldlol:
And then I posted the exoneration rate, which is courts recognizing a false imprisonment, and blacks are 7x more likely than whites to be exonerated. MEANING, they are 7x more likely to be imprisoned for murder when they never did it. They are arrested at high rates, and also falsely arrested at high rates.

The main gripe isn't whether blacks are being punished for their crimes. That's definitely an issue though. There are several examples of left leaning judges admitting to giving a black defendant a lesser sentence because they felt bad for them or because of racial injustice. Not to mention the left leaning cities that outright refusing to keep anyone in jail and just let them back out onto the street the same day.
The left's infatuation with criminals is a HUGE problem, maybe even a bigger issue than what's being discussed here, but that's not what black fatigue is referring to.

Their "religion" is what wokeness is trying to solve. Integrate them into the system, and they start to act like white people aka "civilized". But when you guys see a black super hero you act like the world is ending. Their state of being is not in their DNA, it's rooted in their history here. They have no inheritance, like most white people do. And their family legacy here? Being owned. Most grow up ingrained in high crime areas so it's no wonder that they have higher crime rates than whites. No one would ever suggest otherwise. I for one feel like it's made a difference. I know plenty of nerdy educated civilized black people that wouldn't harm a fly. I don't really feel like that segment of their culture existed 30 years ago.

Yea that bar graph kind of throws the white privilege thing right out the windows when you see Asians have microscopic jail rates with there being no reason at all for the system to favor them. They simply follow the rules much better than ghetto folk.
