There's no "could" with this. Meme-humor isn't a liberal thing; it's currently a style almost exclusively used by older right-wing people. The left-wing folks just make fun of it, because it's an outdated way to make points.
You can still do it if you want but younger people have moved on.

Fine..not [I]literally[/I] exclusively. But yes, political memes in 2025 are a predominantly right-wing thing by older people on places like Facebook. Yes, there are liberals that do it too. Mostly older (as in 45-50+).

It's actually pretty funny you accuse the right of being out of touch when the left still relies on those old fashioned political cartoons where the target is caricatured and depicted having comically exaggerated features. The type of cartoons your grandmother would come across back before the internet.
One of the biggest reasons you're seeing the culture shift in real time is precisely because nobody finds the left to be funny anymore. Not only is the online meme sphere totally dominated by the right, so is the mainstream comedy space now.
It also played a huge role in normalizing Trump, which ultimately helped sway the election.
There is no way you could get 40 million people around the world to show up for a pro-Trump rallies.

The protests were a huge flop. They came and went and they accomplished nothing as expected.
Democrats aren't satisfied, you can tell. They're definitely going to try and make this a weekly or monthly thing moving forward. They won't be satisfied until they get the violent response they crave.
On another note, I wonder how many people would attend these protests if they weren't allowed to bring their phone. Seems like half the reason these people are out protesting is so they can garner attention. It's amazing how many of them always have their phones out and are always filming themselves.

well, one (parade) had like 20k people only and trump threw a fit about it being lame, he was fuming and chewed out hegseth. the other, no kings protests, had millions across the entire country. just a single no kings protest had more attendance than the military parade :lol
