Re: 2026 Draft Prospects
For comparison in college:
Sabonis: 63.8% 2PT on 8.0 2pa/g
Boozer: 65.4% 2PT on 9.8 2pa/g
That's freshman + sophomore for Domantas. His draft age was 20.13; Cam's will be 18.92.
Boozer in better conference. See what he does there

Re: 2026 Draft Prospects
He’s looks to me like maybe a slightly less explosive Chris Webber.

That's not a bad comp. Maybe more Kings Webber, because the younger version before the injuries could move. I've likened Sengun to a mix of Kings Webber and Pau. Something along those lines.
Cam's shooting is better than Webber's, though.

What are you trying to imply here?

I assume he is saying let's see how Boozer does against tougher competition once conference play starts.

Re: 2026 Draft Prospects
Just got done watching the game. One thing that I didn't like about Boozer was that he always seemed to try to play bully ball on his drives. If that didn't work he didn't have a plan B.
This game he showed something I've wanted to see. He got inside and kept his pivot foot down, using footwork and fakes to get his shot off. That is how a below the rim plodder has to play.
I don't care about the big statline. Some of that was just bad defense by Arkansas.

Re: 2026 Draft Prospects
What did we think about Cam's performance against the reigning champs, Florida? That's about the toughest, NBA-like frontcourt in college ball. Rueben Chinyelu has freak measurements:

- 36 minutes played
- 29 points (7-12 2PT, 3-9 3PT, 6-7 FT), 6 rebounds (3 off), 2 assists, 1 steal, 2 turnovers

Re: 2026 Draft Prospects
a few months ago i was high on Ament but not so much now. He is struggling to shoot from everywhere. Last night he was 2-10 with 7 turnovers.
On the season he has only 1 block through 9 games which is really lame given his size.

He's clearly an excellent college player and a gamer to the highest degree. I still don't know that I would put him above Peterson or Dybantsa as a prospect, as he clearly does have physical limitations. His polish will allow him to dominate for now but he reminds me (albeit with a slightly different skillset) as like a Jahlil Okafor. He could certainly be more competitive than Jahlil in the NBA due to his competitiveness and IQ though.

Does he have a modern game? Okafor was an old school center in a league without postups and where you have to guard in space

Defensively yes. A lot of his shot creation comes from activity around the basket though. His jumper is a little meh and his first step isn't really all that great either.

Probably the most concerning thing among these 3 prospects:
