Iverson wins because he has more one-on-one moves and can get his shot off better. Paul is already a better player than AI ever was imo, however. At least, I wouldn't take any version of AI over 2008 Paul on my team.

Iverson would have CP3 one on one all day long.....

I'll put my house on Iverson...you'll talking about a man who is an absolute scoring machine, the man has a HUGE arsenal of offensive one on one moves....this is what the man is famed for...

All the people that picked CP3 have forgotten AI has won the NBA scoring leader

CP3 is a better passer, but he will never win the scoring race, as he doesn't have that crazy knack for scoring...

CP3 - known for assists
AI - known for scoring

but yet there are chumps on this board picking CP3 in an one on one against AI!!

My boy AI got this, close game though but iverson is faster, better handles, and takes way more beaten than paul. They are the same size, and iverson do up katz that's 6 5, I wanna see paul surving at tha 2, that's all I gotta say, plus iverson is better on defense.

allen iverson would defently win

Chris Paul is better than AI at almost everything so CP3 for me please, I mean sure AI had a career year shooting 45% and all but even with that CP3 shoots significantly better. AI is a rich man's Earl Boykins.

AI would demolish CP3 in a one-on-one competition. Still, Paul is a more solid player to build a team around because he runs the team's entire offense. AI just dominates by scoring.

Allen Iverson is going to destroy Chris Paul in a 1 on 1 competition. Imagine if both of this guys are 23 yrs.old there is no chance in the hell CP3 can beat the Answer.
