Klay 0/7
Warriors are playing terrible and only down 8? If Steph and Klay heat up in the 2nd half...
Kings need to extend the lead if they want to win this.
To have faith in Klay is blind faith right now. :oldlol:
Not without Zion.
True, unless they get crazy hot
Blow it up.

I didn't know bladefd was Kerr's burner account on ish.
Wiggins :lol
This is brutal
Kings sitting pretty in this one, but similar to last year if Sabonis doesnt stop bricking midrange jumpers they'll be hard pressed to go much farther.
Funny thing is, their chances against OKC are not terrible, IF Domas can be the guy he's been in the regular season.
Did not expect the Warriors to come out this bad. Kings are missing some key players and have lost like 7 of their last 11 games.
This Ellis kid is everywhere on defense, making life hell for Curry.
End of an era
Klay
0-9
0pts
Son hasn’t looked mentally right all game.
Somebody bump one of those Chris Small to GS threads from the off-season and/or pre-season.
Klay with a legacy game.
RIP warriors
helluva a run
- 29 minutes for a guy going 0/10
- 13 mins for Moody shooting 5/7
Steve Kerr is unquestionable the biggest clown and worst coach of the 23/24 season. Legendary shit performance :applause:
Props to the Kings and Brown, completely deserved win and outplayed the Warriors.

This statement is a season late, they died at the start of the 22/23 season.
Klay is gonna get some embarrassingly low offers after this.
"Good luck in the play-in" - Charles Barkley

Kerr's record of "playing chess" has been pretty good.
IMO:
Riding with Klay overly long to the point it pissed people off before benching him was the right move, or at least not a bad one
Moving Klay to the bench during the season = good move
Bringing him back into the starting lineup after he played great off the bench though? That was a joke.

Umm, What?
Moving Klay back into the starting line-up is what helped the Warriors late in the season. They went 8-2 to close out the year once they moved Klay back as a starter.
Warriors lost by 24 points. Even if Klay went 5-10 instead of 0-10, we still would have lost by ~10 points.
Curry turned it over 6 times. Kuminga broke the defense countless times. Slowpoke Chris Paul can't play team D anymore. Wiggins was 4-11, needed to play at a higher level, including making 3's to space out the D.
The Warriors played excellent in the final games of the season- especially on the defensive end but also ball movement. Today, they went back to their old way of playing with the predictable result.
At least they still have a winning record somehow. But what happened to the narrative that cp3 would make this team better than jordan poole?

Kerr has been the worst coach in the league and a complete moron all year. I created a topic about his stupid moves throughout the season, and even that entails to only about 20-25% of the things he fumbled.

I was shouting from the rooftops that bringing in Chris Small made zero sense basketball wise. The idea that Chris Small bringing the ball up and pointing fingers would somehow relieve so much pressure off Steph, is stupid sh!t that women believe when talking head clowns (that were never ex-players themselves) say it on the TellLieVision.
The only way it had any chance of working, is if Cliff could somehow get thru to Steph and Klay on a personal level, to reignite their desperation to win again, by transferring his own ringless desperation onto them, quasi-organically lol
Today is a great day boys. The Warriors are finished

I'm normally a pretty big Kerr defender, but this year has been complete coaching malpractice from him.
I'm normally a pretty big Kerr defender, but this year has been complete coaching malpractice from him.
And somehow they decided to overpay him on an extension. Warriors are cooked until he's fired.

If you read my posts during the regular season, you would have known it's over because there were massive signs outside of just the old core is old.
I'm normally a pretty big Kerr defender, but this year has been complete coaching malpractice from him.
It's one of the worst coaching performances I have ever seen, because he failed at every single level. Tactics, rotations, managing players/locker room, being adaptive, coaching based off merit, in-game management. The team finally went on a good run after his performances, and light years immediately gives this dude an extension and makes him the most expensive coach. :facepalm
The US team should legitimately be worried because if he follows up his disasterclass, he's the only thing stopping them for an easy win this summer.
It's strange to watch Legler analyze the Lakers/Pelicans game and not even mention Ingram. Like he didn't even matter.
At this point I think the Warriors best bet is to simply keep the core together for the next few years as fan service, and accept that they aren't going to win any more, then wait to start over in ~2026 when the big contracts come off the books.
They don't have much in the way of trade assets, and they are far over the cap, so they can't improve the team right now.

But curry stans here have a hard time accepting the fact that the dynasty's dominant days are mostly over. :ohwell:

Who has trouble accepting this? You're in here 24/7 and have no life outside of ish, I'm sure you've got plenty of examples. Most people already saw this coming since last regular season.
:blah
Exhibit A. You're blaming kerr and thompson all season long for the shortcomings after 2022. Your reasons may be legit but sounded as if you're overlooking how washed the core is starting to become. They aren't young anymore ffs.
I wonder what team is going to throw some money at Klay Thompson after that stinker last night.

Your point was about people not accepting that the dynasty is done dumbass. I've already said in the 22-23 season that this team is done contending.
Warriors won 46 games this season. Crazy thing is, Draymond missed 21 games for nonsense.

Curry is too old to perform a carry job, but that is still a long way from washed.

Yes. Warriors were better than their record. But at the same time it’s been glaringly obvious that they are just too old and and unathletic as a team. This got exposed hard last season with the series vs the Kings but the Warriors were still able to squeak it out barely. The team as a whole right now is too small and too old. Warriors do have a good young core with Trace Jackson, Brandon P, Moses, and Kuminga. It’s lacking a bit in star power but if Kuminga keeps making steps he can change that.
guess klay is going return, I was interested in his offseason
