We get three protagonists. and the map is bigger than San Andreas.

I'm slightly confused. Are they only making the map Los Santos or the entire San Andreas area also?
If only Los Santos, how can that be bigger than SA? SA was huge. Unless they really put that much detail into the game.
Either way, I'm dying for any information about the PC version.

It will be only Los Santos, but the city will be huge, maybe even bigger than the three major cities of San Andreas togheter.

From what I've read, accounting for interior and exterior areas, GTA V is going to be bigger than San Andreas, IV, and Red Dead Redemption combined.
Edit: Saw it's quoted above your post. My bad.
I am probably more psyched about this game then I was for Uncharted 3.
About the economy, Dan Houser says: "You will be able to spend money to buy interesting and fun things like expensive toys. We are still working on the economy but it will be a strong element in the game and players will be eager to make money to spend money. Something along the lines of "I went through all of this to make all this money and now I'm going to spend it on this crazy item."
sounds interesting

the same way liberty city is bigger in gta 4 than it is in gta 3.
I think people are really overlooking that interior spaces were included in the stuff about the map size. I expect the map to be plenty big, but not the size people seem to expect. But it'll have a ton of playable buildings like a Bethesda game.
Can't believe how much I'm waiting for this game. I've sold half of my games away during last month as I don't have time to play anymore (haven't even played NBA 2k13 yet, had it like month already), but still GTA V is a must buy when it's released. Seems like the map is huge, and it will be interesting how we can use those three playable characters. + interested on seeing what little activities we can do during and away from the story line.
I've been waiting for this game since the GTA IV episodes were released. :D I'm glad it seems to be worth the wait.
