I'm getting a hard on just thinking about it. The Lebron bashing that summer that occurred that summer made ISH amazing
If it's March, and Wade still holding up good, I will say that the 2015 Heat can most certainly win 54 games.

Man, I loved that team. Wade was a PG then which he essentially is this year too. After getting off to a horrendous start they were one of the best teams in the league after the allstar break and damn near made the ECF. They were a scrappy group of versatile players and a lot of fun to watch.
I would've done the Shaq trade over and over given the known result(plus being able to dump Brian Grant's contract), but I truly believe that team could've done damage in the East in 2005 and 2006 as well.

No doubt, I agree on both points. The probably don't win a title without Shaq, but that group with an emerging Wade would have been a force in the east.

These dudes are playing like its the playoffs right now, trying to prove that they weren't good just because of Lebron.
Give it a few months...they'll be worn out and will start losing. And Wade will probably get injured again as usual.

Probably, but when they try they are winning so. Just rest and win in the playoffs.

This is a new team running a new system, and it's shown in some sloppy play. They are going to get better as the season goes on. At the moment they're showing potential to be a fantastic passing team.
edit: and Miami are hardly 'playing like its the playoffs': they have played two low pick rookies important 4th quarter minutes, are utilising a 10-deep rotation, and oh, Wade & Deng are playing less than 32mpg and Bosh 36.7.
