Fox owns Kingpin and Sony owns Spider-Man. The Marvel film rights are all screwed up, which is why there'll never be any crossovers between the Spider-Man universe, the Fantastic Four universe, the Mutant films, and the Avengers.

I wouldn't worry too much, because I think they only have another 18-24 months to get a fantastic four movie out, and with the way they're shedding directors/writers it doesn't look good.:lol

Combine that with the rumors of them wanting to do more time with Daredevil? Maybe they're thinking they can't get a F4 movie out and he'll make it to another movie sooner or later.

I think Deadpool is great... as a supporting character. He's not a leading man.

I think The Tick would play great in the same way that the original Men in Black played great. By parodying the popular form of the day. With all these big comic book movies coming out the time is ripe for a smart satirical movie.

I think flash would work if he teamed up with green lantern. Just as long as hes not the main superhero.
