This asian dude is a phenomenal athlete.
Check out his exhibition. He does 32 pullups at the 3:30 mark. His form is somewhat questionable but it's enough to be impressive.
Yes i know you guys are talking about pullups.
I'm 5'8 weighing right at about 146 with a 5.7 bf% so i already have an advantage over most of you guys off the bat.
I also have strong shoulders and lats/back muscles which help immensely with pullups so 40+ isn't really out of the question
You should start a youtube channel.

^ This. If that ninja who was climbing walls with his fingertips and shit could only get 32, the things you could do would be amazing dude!
Had to try because I was curious. I just did 28 and that is probably my absolute max. Realistically I'd stop around 23 or 24 if I was just working out. I've been working out with dedication for years, so anyone who says they can do more than 30 either has a very low body weight for their strength or is full of it. I'm 175 lbs btw.
That is 100% true. Some of my buddies are short with low body fat and I've seen them do way more than 30.
37 muscle ups easily
That's insane. The degree of difficulty on most of those things is unreal, mad props to your little bro.
I'm at about 20-25 pull ups, chin ups probably 30+. I can do a few muscle ups as well, never tried to max out. Its pretty hard on my joints cause I got a larger frame.
I love hearing shit like this, stay with it. Also for anyone interested in training strictly body weight exercises, check out the book "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait.
Or "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren.
Word.
I'm 6'0 155 with low bf, not sure the exact number and I've barely hit 20. I call bs.
Your 6'0 tall at 155 (4 inches taller might i add) that is pretty small for someone who lifts weights if you do lift weights that.
I'm only 145 however i've been lifting for years now 45 isn't really of the question

I actually do train and make diet plans for people who go to my school, get paid pretty decently for it to :D

I've always wanted to do ninja warrior actually i been watching that show for a long time now. :lol
Either most of you guys are extremely physically fit or the majority of you are bullshitting.
I can barely muster out 10 pull-ups on a good day. Chin-ups are a different story. I can probably do a little over 12.
I'm not 100% sure about how many I can do because I haven't actually tried maxing out with them. I'm doing a workout program (P90X) where pull-ups are an essential part of the program, but you only do enough to feel the burn, but not so many that you can't do more a few sets later.
Today I'm training my back..... I don't usually do pull-up til failure but i will today and post result either later or tomorrow
Underhand - Probably about 15-20 depending on how I'm feeling that day
Overhand - Maybe 5-6. I suck at those :oldlol:

:lol at exactly "5.7%" body fat. I'm sure you had that tested in a bod pod
This is Manny around 145 around 5% body fat

Let's see a pic of you, and a video of your 45 pull ups
If you're gonna lie at least make it believable
The funny thing about ISH...
There's fitness threads where everyone is in amazing shape
BUT
Nobody can take pictures to prove it because they "don't have a webcam/camera"
BUT
Anytime there's threads about phones and computers, everyone has the most expensive, advanced ones on the market
