After reading that article, what the Rockets should do is this:

-sign Royce's agreement
-have his contract voided under the CBA because that's what it says happens in the case of such an agreement

honestly I think he genuinely wants to play but is just too scared. Hes even scared of the D league for some reason. Im sure the D league will be full of dudes looking to exploit his weakness too.
