If that happens maybe that team would go back to their old colors and maybe rejuvenate the team somehow.

the user made mocks up are nicer then the official logo. Also does this mean next year we'll finally see the charlotte hornets back?

Better than both the Bobcats and the Thunder (though the Thunder grew on me, probably because it's now associated to a top team in the league with dynamic, charismatic players and a bright future).

I like it so as it paves the way for Charlotte to get that ridiculous name off of their unis.

If the pelicans are willing to transfer the history and records from NOLA to Charlotte as well, then we can finally get to retiring some numbers in the queen city.

Zo, Mugsy, Larry Johnson, Bobby Phils, Dell Curry, should all be up for number retirement ceremonies. Maybe leave a couple off but maybe give them all that honor along with Kendall Gill.

I really wish they had gotten the Jazz name back, that is the one that was a perfect fit.
