Re: Does pistol pete have a case over wade all time
You didn't bring up any good arguments to the table. I think your opinion is absurd, but I'd at least listen to it if you had a credible argument for it. You didn't.
Then it turned into a Heat Vs Knicks thing, and again you couldn't come up with a credible argument except ECF banners.
LMAO that was gold

past decade playoff success says other wise but you know what is trolling? Saying pete > wade. Glad you accepted you were wrong tho
I found you some gems.
Notice he used inferior regular season averages and never discussed pistols horrid playoff history. Of course he takes regular season a lot more seriously as a knicks fan.
Wow...
I haven't dealt with him much (we got into a bit in a thread about Melo iirc), but he needs to do a much better job if he wants to convince anybody (finding evidence that supports his claim would be a start).
I don't want to pile on, but it seems to be a trend with Knicks fans. I'm from the NYC area, and basketball is a distant third here after baseball and football (from what I understand, back in the 70s when the Knicks were great and the Nets were dominating the ABA, people were pretty hardcore). Rarely will you find someone here whose favorite league is the NBA.
The resurgence that began when Amar'e signed as a free agent is definitely good for the sport (and it makes for good conversation; my buddies from college love basketball but all of my family/friends from home are casuals at best with regards to basketball). The problem though, is that most Knicks fans I know from here jumped on the bandwagon recently, and don't have a great grasp of the sport of basketball/the league/players/history/etc. I'd call it homerism, but with the new generation of fans it's rather some brand of delusion/willful ignorance, expressed in a passive-aggressive fashion.
Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with the fanbase (new or old) by and large. This is just how I see it as an 'outsider' (I don't have a team per se, but I'll root for the Nets/Knicks since they're local teams; similarly, I'll pull for the Warriors since I went to school in the Bay Area...I'm just too detached to be considered a fan of any of the three), viewing the phenomenon from the inside.

this is how we know you lost, all you can do is talk about the raptors when you realized you could no longer back this up
Wade over Gervin, Iverson, Havlicek?!?!?
This shit is out of hand. This wade movement needs to slow down, this is getting on the line of blasphemous.
That's a good observation and you're probably right. But I'm not sure being a bandwagon fan warrants making claims like pete over wade. That's more like being a hater of a rival team. He can just look at footage and tell who was the better player and even though stats don't tell that whole story he can look at them as well, especially the post season stats. But yeah it has to be hate because you won't find anywhere unless you dig deep in google for retarded articles like he did to make such claims or even get the idea pete was a better player than wade. Career wise and individual player.. wade was better. No idea how he came up with the idea pete was better all time. Not even casual knicks fans should know who mr pete was or why they would even care for a player like him.

I didnt even say shit about the knicks. I said only a knick fan would post something as stupid as pete>wade and that was clearly a lame shot at you. Dumbass

You started it when you said "the knicks kept the heat in the cellar for 10+ years"
You get owned, then you start complaining that we're talking about the Knicks too much. If you actually gave a credible argument for Pete being better than Wade, nobody would have attacked you for being a Knicks fan. You made yourself an easy target.
Re: Does pistol pete have a case over wade all time
The knicks owned the heat for 10+ years

If you're going to make posts like this, why are you getting butt hurt when people trash the Knicks?
Re: Does pistol pete have a case over wade all time
No chance in hell. Allen Iverson >> Pistol Pete Maravich. Wade is arguably the 3rd greatest SG of all time.
