Because we started this shit. We gave the Iraqi's weapons in the 90's and then are surprised when they start using them for purposes other than what the US government wanted them to do. Then Bush decided to look for "weapons of mass destruction" and Osama bin Laden, both of which he never found, and now Obama's administration, military soldiers, and the civilians of the USA are paying for it.

we did arm the Syrian rebels, but Obama purposely didn't arm them with anything strong when they were Syrian rebels, just light weapons. they were also apparently more moderate than they are now...altho that was when Mccain was so supportive of us backing them. that guy is the biggest idiot when it comes to overreacting to everything...Republicans in general always jump the gun on every fukking thing.

ISIS keeps taking over shit to have control over arms stockpiles and other stuff, who knows everything they have now. Thats why i find it really dumb how long we've waited to get involved, even if we're trying to force the Iraqi government to be more inclusive of Sunni's.
