The end of the world.
Ok...

The Thor movies have been the weakest in the MCU so far, but this will probably be as big for Thor as Civil War will be for Cap/Iron Man.

in norse mythology it's the end of the world. in the comics, it was the end of asgard and the gods

Phase 3 looks to be a bunch of closing chapters on the original Avengers.

yeah. like i said, after infinity gauntlet i wouldn't be surprised to see the MCU rebooted...or at least put all the original heroes on hiatus or replaced.
beta ray bill/thunderstrike? bucky cap/falcon cap? war machine/iron patriot?
As for Ragnarok, does this mean??? ***Thor is gonna die or be presumed dead?*** Don't highlight unless you want potential spoilers.
All I remembered in the comics, was that Ragnarok was the end of Asgard. I think the event even happened before Civil War in the comics.
Yippie. More movies I don't care about.
Then don't see it.
Funny how there's always a select few who supposedly do not care, but actually care enough to post their opinions on these kinds of movies, thinking that since they go against the grain of the majority makes them mature or something that they need to post it.
I'm 28 and I just started loving comic book films exactly 6 years ago after deciding to go see Incredible Hulk which TV show I grew up watching as a kid with my Dad. Then seeing RDJ in the end of the film which I thought was really cool and different because it was bridging 2 movies. Since then, I had to see Iron Man and became hooked.
I now have a 4 year old son who I'm going to be watching these movies with happily.

Any chance we see Galactus vs Thanos at some point? That's the GOAT cosmic matchup. I can just picture it, Thanos about to wipe out the Avengers/Guardians during Infinity War, then Big G pops up behind him all like "excuse me" then Thanos gets bitch slapped like a lil fly. :lol

He's gotta be that guy, don't worry about it.
These movies are going to be f*cking awesome whether he likes them or not.
Honestly I'm more into the Black Panther movie than anything
marvel to dc: "those movies you announced last week? that was cute..."

Inhumans? Captain Marvel? Doctor Strange? Black Panther?
Does anyone give a shit about those characters? They're all D level super heroes. Marvel doesn't have the rights to X-men, Spider-man, and how many more movies can you have with Iron Man and the Hulk in it before people get bored.
Meanwhile...
DC is about to drop Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Suicide Squad with Lex Luthor, and MOST LIKELY a solo Batman movie with a different actor going into his backstory which means a new Joker.
DC>Marvel and their campy popcorn bullshit
