I guess it's possible but what I don't get is why he would be pressing the Ukraine when he could/should be asking Russia if they can do the job for him instead.

same difference.
the ukrainians that maga is affiliated with are just puppets for putin and his government.
much of the laundered rushian money that maga eats from is funneled through ukraine before heading off to cyprus and trump properties all over the world to be washed.
Trump lost popular vote by over 3 million to Hillary. Obama wiped the floor of Romney and if he could run again in 2016, he would have destroyed Lil Donny :pimp:
trump gave obama the ultimate ether .. he can go to sleep every night with a big ass smile .. barry going on tv making jokes about 'at least I'll go down as president' .. cracking jokes on trump at that stupid dinner .. and trump calmly goes and takes his job and then obliterates almost everything he did as president including placing two of his own scj after obama got slapped around and shut down when he tried to nominate his own guy .. brutal takedown
First, he didn't take Obama's job from him, last I heard, HC ran against Trump.
Second, as soon as Trump is out, and there's a good chance it'll be next year, the next Dem POTUS will dismantle everything Trump did, and if he/she's a dick about it, could even go after Trump for all the shit he has done that this spineless Congress has failed to do.
Payback could be a bitch.

Lol, fake
And since I assume you have no idea how the Electoral College works, voting 7 times in a state where one candidate was clearly ahead and the other had zero chance, is redundant. You get no brownie points for running up the score.
That tweet would be much more believable if it was from a state up in play, a swing state is how we call it here (FL or OH are good examples). Voting as a Dem a ton of times in NY is the same as a GOP voting numerous time in TX...it's a waste of time.
You're welcome.

If any candidate ran on going after Trump criminally it would be as solid a promise as Trump campaigning to "lock her up!" and "drain the swamp"

You don't have to run on that.
In other countries, a corrupt leader loses an election and then faces justice by a different administration and could end up in jail. Quick example...Lula Da Silva, all you need to do is your effing job.

You realize that most, if not all of those EOs are going to be put right back into place once Trump is out, right... and that all of his EOs will be reversed. The funniest thing would be if someone like Elizabeth Warren takes the White House and does to Trump what he attempted to do to Obama.
And then there's the failure on getting rid of the ACA. :confusedshrug:

major difference- there was never anything to 'lock her up' over.

you don't have to go that far back. this week just gave us the blueprint.

OMG this could be as big as the Mueller Report!!!!
If the updated reporting on this is accurate, does his wide latitude extend to possibly withholding US aid if the country receiving that aid refuses to investigate and sully the name of a political rival? Is that something you believe US Presidents should be doing?

The best thing about this is that supporters jumped to defend a lie about something incredibly insignificant.
I guess it's possible but what I don't get is why he would be pressing the Ukraine when he could/should be asking Russia if they can do the job for him instead.
Russia created a lot of headaches for him last time, and given that he has leverage over the Ukraine and Hunter Biden's company had dealings there, that's a better, less costly route.
Rudy Giuliani making bad situations even worse, yet again. He really is terrible as an advocate.
Rudy Giuliani says he didn't ask Ukraine to investigate Biden — and then says he did
Just as the Washington Post reported that Ukraine was the subject of the mysterious whistleblower complaint causing a standoff between Congress and the intelligence community, President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, was appearing on CNN Thursday night. In a heated interview, he first said he didn't ask Ukrainian officials to investigate Joe Biden and his son for bribery and then, less than 30 seconds later, reversed himself and said "of course I did."
Giuliani said he wasn't ordered by Mr. Trump to investigate Biden and didn't inform the president of his investigation until after the fact.
And when pressed on whether Mr. Trump had agreed to provide aid to Ukraine only after it investigated Biden, Giuliani told Cuomo the president has "every right" to tell the president of another country that it would only receive American financial aid once corruption is eliminated.
