Google her name and add quitting the wnba. There was apparently a ton of speculation about it but now she's waffling back and forth between going to Europe or not. I'm just shocked I never heard about it since it happened in the fall.

Yeah I ended up doing that and saw a bunch of speculative stories. I assume she'd get more bread in Europe ( she definitely wouldn't go over for less).

The WNBA ratings are horrific here in the states, what do you think womens basketball is like in Europe? Not to mention she wouldnt be offered deals like she has here. Example being her shoe deal worth 30M... What she lacks in WNBA salary she makes up with endorsements. I highly doubt she'd get that level of money elsewhere.

You just said, nobody watches the WNBA. Yet she still got big endorsement money. So she could go play in some Euro league nobody watches, and shed still get endorsements just the same. While playing in a league with no salary cap. Some sultinate or private equity that owns a euro team could pay her a hundred mil.

Caitlin Clark is definitely bigger than the WNBA. At least for now. How long people will sustain this interest in watching her play womens basketball, Im not sure. But at least right now people wanna see her. People dont wanna see the WNBA regardless, unless shes playing.

It's relative. I'm saying there are very few viewers of the WNBA here in the states in comparison to the NBA, yet she manages to make money off of endorsements and other endeavors because of her popularity. She also benefits from the 'Woke' agenda with the NBA feeding the WNBA $ to even survive. Womens basketball in Europe is even less popular... it is asinine to think she'd make anywhere near the amount out there both as a bball player or via endorsements. Therefore it makes zero sense for her to leave the WNBA for any other foreign league, especially when considering finances.
