this is an excellent point.
Please remember the human brain does not fully develop until age 28.
So many of these kids as shooters really do not understand the consequences of action they take.
*I for one am glad he is charged as an adult. (Would prefer all shooters get literally HUNG)
If that happens many kids I believe would think twice about those actions they take.
