Okay so I am going to entertain your own analogy then:

Assume someone has brutally murdered your father and have kidnapped the rest your family. You don't know where they are being held and you have no way of finding the person responsible. You learn that it's payback for what your country did 70 years ago. Nothing personal against you, but they really despise your country so they are going to keep your family as hostages and do God knows what to them.

Tell us your wonderful plan to try and get them back.

Still an incorrect analogy because you are now pretending Israel hasn't been continuously doing heinous stuff to Palestine. It didn't stop after the Nakba. Do your research. If two wrongs don't make a right that means both parties are to blame and you should be condemning both sides equally, but that's not the case. You're only interested in condemning Israel. When Israel does something wrong, it's Israel's fault. But when the other side does something wrong, it's still Israel's fault because they started it or they funded it. In other words Israel is always wrong no matter what and anything done in response is morally justified because Israel started it.

But why does it matter if "Israel started it" if two wrongs don't make a right? How is that relevant? Most of the power players involved are totally removed from the events that took place 70 years ago. And regardless, whatever happened... that doesn't justify the horrific acts on Oct 7th and it doesn't justify taking innocent hostages.
