Obama definitely helped view points and overall crime including black crime is way down since the 90s which was the epitome of the "black culture" you're so worried about. (while you pop in your 2Pac CD)

You have to stick to reality. And the reality is that they are the aftermath of slavery. They have little wealth, no inheritance, no trust funds or college funds, and they typically grow up in crime ridden areas and poverty. They don't want white ass Doomsday Dallas preaching to them that it's all equal and fair.

Do they have issues within their culture? Sure. Are their also very poor white people who grow up in bad situations? Sure. Are there wealthy blackk people? sure. It isn't that black and white (no pun). But doing something is better than what you are doing, which is just pointing and saying "black people bad".
