why are you assuming a 13 y.o. teenager did not seduce a 19.y.o. Malone?

do you know, a 12 y.o. girl can physically look fully grown women of 17 yrs age if she peaked puberty wise too early with all secondary sexual characteristics? not all girls but some his puberty as early as 10 yrs of age.
