Most annoying PA announcers

Again...the woo woo is NOT the PA guy. It's a recording played by the game operations staff. It's actually a recording of Ric Flair.

I'm from New Orleans and I absolutely HATE the Hornets' PA's they are both horrible especially Gil McGregor. He has to be the worst play-by-play guy of all times!!!!

I don't really like the Clippers announcer... maybe because I have to listen to him so much...

lovin big kev so far. he's still getting adjusted though i think, but he's got a good voice for the gig and a fun personality.

and i do have a nostalgic soft spot for stan kelly as i've been going to spurs games for so long, but i more than understand it was time to move on - as the overwhelmingly unanimous responses in this thread indicate. :oldlol:

I hate the Miami guy personally. How he is always like: TWO MINUTES... DOS! It's like I don't mind if you going to use spanish that is fine with me, but this is the only time during the entire game they do it, so its just lame.

Also while not an announcer thing, any arena that plays that 'clap clap your hands' bull**** over and over again is annoying. (also applies to Miami)

The guy in Charlotte is absolutely terrible. "Let's Go Cats!" Shouted at the most inappropriate times and completely off beat to the drum sounds that are supposed to guide the fans in the cheer.

I'd like to hear that WOO recording after the free throws.

And I agree with Bigkingsfan about the Orlando PA guy. I also like the Miami one, especially when Wade scores.

The PA guy for the Celtics has moved up a few spots on my most annoying list recently. I guess because there are so many Celtics games on TV. Most annoying (in no particular order) in my book are:

Miami (DOS!)
Orlando
Boston
Dallas (Twooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhots)
NJ (did you see........VC????)
