Your not very good at picking up on sarcasm are you..
BTW...What is the point of this thread again? Im confused...Is there any reason at all why this is significant in any way?
Apparently Kobe Bryant's entire legacy hinges on his height. If he's 6'6", top 20 player of All Time. If he's 6'4", well then, he's not even in the Hall of Fame.
i was talking to u wit the lakers fans anf reggie and penny are 6'7 half to 6'8.where do u getting this from?next thing u will say is lj is not 6'8.lol
So they are 6'7 and 6'8" yet also 2 inches shorter than the 6'8" Pippen who is actually about 6'7", and MJ is 3 inches shorter than Pippen.
DENIAL
Kobe is still a great player even though he doesn't stand at his listed height, all of these players are.
You clearly don't even know what you're talking about. That's not the Dream Team (USA Olympic team, 1992), that's the 1996 NBA Eastern Conference All-Stars.
He is obviously slouching, while Penny and Reggie are standing as tall as possible. Hell, Penny even has his chin up more than MJ does.
IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!!!!!

Penny Hardaway is 6'6"

Glenn Robinson is 6'7"

All of them are former NBA All stars, and some of them will be inducted in the Basketball Hall of Game.
High Potential = Albert Einstein :D :D :D
IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!!!!!
w/e wasn't paying any attention to jerseys, only focusing on height.
LOL
The new anti-Kobe propaganda is to beef his original height to make him seem more athletically gifted than he really is.
lol @ claiming that Pip is 3 inches taller than MJ. Pip has a good 1-2 inches of hair on top of his head. MJ had a bald head, duh. Plus he's slouching.:confusedshrug:
Jordan = true 6'6" (with shoes)
Pippen = 6'7", maybe half an inch more (with shoes)

Why are these people so far in denial that they can't accept the fact that the NBA might "boost" their star players heights to make them seem more impressive.
It's only marketing, and it isn't even a big deal.
Iverson is also only 5'10, not the 6'0" he's listed, but he is still a great player. It doesn't mean anything to these players legacies that they aren't the actual height the NBA says they are.

How is this "Anti-Kobe Propaganda"? As anyone suggested that he's less of player because he might be two inches (give or take) than his listed height? It's nice to know that people still have a martyr complex around here.
Because, obviously, Wade isn't a star player that the league tends to favor.

So Pippen is 6'7", yet 3 inches taller than the 6'6" MJ???
Pippen is actually 6'7", but Jordan is still only 6'4", no matter how much you deny it.
The evidence just keeps piling up:roll:
