It's a joke of course. I don't have a problem with Mexicans other than their incessant need to fly Mexican flags all over the place here in the States and claim that this is stolen land and all that garbage. Be proud of the United States, the country you came to from Mexico. If you love Mexico so much, then why are you here? Why don't you fly the American flag and love this country as you do the Mexican one?
And honestly, I have seen countless of videos online in the last couple of days of Mexicans talking about how they don't support these protestors. And in my opinion, these protestors aren't protesting cause of immigration. These are anarchists. Opportunists that are probably being paid just as they were paid in 2020 for the George Floyd riots. They're probably not even Mexican.
They can fly whatever flag they want to fly because everyone else does. And unlike everyone else, they're indigenous to the entire Southwest. Don't like it? Tough.
I see your location is NYC. I'm in NYC too. Ever go to Little Italy? Drive around Astoria? You said you're 1/2 Dominican. Go to the Bronx, Dominican flags are everywhere. You see flags of other nations everywhere. Go to White Plains and you'll see Albanian flags, Greek flags around Ditmars...oh, and Israeli flags all over congress.
And unlike those people, Mexicans ARE indigenous to the US. They were in Texas and the Southwest before these states even became part of the US. Not to mention, they're 38 million people. Good grief.
Lol; so tell us what you think about blacks while you're at it.
This gon' be good, dude has significant black blood but pretends otherwise like most folks of Dominican ancestry.

I keep telling that knucklehead what you wrote, in my family, my ancestors on my dad's side were from Seguin, Texas, before it got took. On my mom's side, they're from the state of Michoacan along with my great grandpa from Spain.
Basically we're all immigrants but my folks been here longer than most but you got goofballs like Chewing that's been in America just recently talking like he owns the damn place.
He's lucky I don't go to NY and kick his fat black ass up and down the Bronx.

This is one of the reasons I left Conservatism. It's filled with inconsistencies. Imagine telling a Mexican whose lineage goes back generations in places like California, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, etc to "go back to Mexico."
The irony of this is completely lost on them. These people predate the Treaty of Guadalupe, so telling them to "go back to Mexico" is ridiculous.

You know the left is losing the optic war big time when they start blaming social media algorithms. :oldlol:

Mexico is a country. Texas and all those states in the Southwest do not pertain to Mexico. This indigenous argument you're trying to make is irrelevant.
There was no country of Mexico back when the Aztecs or Mayans were roaming around. The Southwest now belongs to the United States. So flying a Mexican flag in these states and claiming it's yours is incorrect.
Cool. I apologize. Now can you address my points?
You have no points. You're making insinuations that my position on the matter is based on bigotry and it's not. How do you even come to that conclusion? You and I have never discussed politics on here before, and you also seem to primarily post in the NBA forum, so to come to that conclusion on me reeks of insecurity in your argument where all you want to do is silence the opposing viewpoint by labeling them a bigot. A typical Liberal tactic that has been done for years.
Yea this is the crux of the matter. My friend's case has been ongoing for 15 years and he's been detained twice now by ICE. The second time they put the ankle bracelet on him, for no reason. He's a legal resident who has to comply with weekly checkins at his home, which inhibits him to work.
These are Americans who have families, who have jobs, who run businesses. But Conservatives want to paint the image that it's just all illegals and just arrest them and deport. You have kids being taken from graduation ceremonies or at school. How is this ok? There's no regard for human life and it's apparent.
The question is why? The answer is simple...get rid of legal immigration. Trump just went on record last night saying he wants up to 1 year for burning the flag. Meanwhile, this issue has been solved over and over in the SCOTUS. But conservatives nor liberals care about free speech in reality.
Burning the flag is a crime in many other countries, including Mexico.
Fatrick, what are your top 10 fast food places of all time? I know you’re an expert given your girth.

No one is making the argument that your ancestors weren't indigenous. You learn about this shit in grade school. So what's your point? You're not getting those states back. This is still the United States. You don't even know what you're bitching about anymore. No one cares that your ancestors were here before. Focus on the present. This new country, the United States, has rules and laws and they must be followed.
This is one of the reasons I left Conservatism. It's filled with inconsistencies. Imagine telling a Mexican whose lineage goes back generations in places like California, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, etc to "go back to Mexico."

Because this isn't Mexico anymore! Duh! It's the United States now. Don't like it? Take up arms then. Try to get it back lol.

Just as there are Spanish named places in Florida, including the name of the State. Just as there are French named places in Louisiana. What's your point? The French and the Spanish are gone now. They're all part of the United States. We don't need a history lesson.
Serious question...do you even know what you're arguing about anymore?

So the people of California, Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, and Arizona aren't Mexican? What are they then? You're too hung up on arbitrary dates and borders to accept the fact that these people and their lineage predate all of that.
It's like trying to say Native Americans should wave American flags only and simply adopt Republican rhetoric (cause dissent clearly isn't tolerated), because of 1776. It's absurd. It doesn't take away long standing indigenous history.
Furthermore, people don't fly flags because of the politics. People fly flags because of what it means to them — heritage. That's like saying people who wave the Confederate flag do it because they want to secede now from the US. They don't. And if you go down south, you'd know that.
Similarly, all the flags you consistently see is just about heritage, not some political affiliation. But your kind wants a problem where a problem doesn't exist. Why? Because you've been taught to hate.

Anti-abortion
Anti-illegal immigration
Pro-wall
Low taxes

Pro-2nd Amendment....

And it's not here. How long are you gonna debate that? Or is the SCOTUS ruling on it several times not enough? We have a system of checks and balances for a reason.

If you're from Mexico, then you're Mexican. If you're from the United States, then you're American. If your ancestors are from Mexico, then you have Mexican heritage.
What are you even arguing anymore? This is about if you're here illegally, then you need to leave. Also, if you are from Mexico, and you hate this country, then go back. It's as simple as that. You're trying to use some circular logic about ancestral heritage that has nothing to do with what's happening in this country right now. It boils down to law and order. You're trying to make it into something it's not and then virtue signaling when you face someone who doesn't see it your way. Which your way doesn't even really hold weight as I just explained.

Excuse me while I puke when Chewing says he and all conservatives support legal immigration.
Tubby can say he supports immigration "the right way" but he applauded and says "I voted for this" when the storm troopers snatch people from immigration court who are following the legal procedures
Face it, Poopsie just wants all black and brown people gone.

They spoke Spanish when the US annexed 6 states. And it was Mexico at that time. You're arguing semantics at this point and I'm not sure why. The 38 million Mexican-Americans see themselves as having Mexican heritage. Because there was a time before 1510 where they didn't speak Spanish doesn't suddenly change that.
And no, my argument doesn't make me look silly. Your argument on the other hand doesn't equate. You live in the US on what isn't your ancestral land. Mexicans living in the Southwest (I'm not talking about illegals here), can mostly trace their lineage back to peoples that existed in the same states or Mexico.
Nothing has changed for them. They didn't go anywhere. It's just the titles of ownership have changed, whether Spain, Mexico, or the US. Whereas in the example you gave, your family is living in an entirely different country on nearly the other side of the world. See the difference?
Lastly, why would they demand citizenship when they already are citizens? My focus here isn't about illegals.
Riots happening in multiple cities now.
As we all know it was Trump who started these riots in LA when he sent in the national guard, so it's weird that more riots would occur in places where the national guard is not present.
