I think, if anything, Trump, who's the master of the media, is sabotaging Israel by purposefully saying things in a way that just won't fly with most Americans. He's willing to look like the bad guy for a goal. While with Kamala Harris all you would have gotten is a softening of the events, and a lot less pushback from people.

Trump doesn't like Netanyahu, he's shown that before. He's also an alpha male that doesn't like the fact that he's bought and paid for by Israel. But for whatever reason, he has no choice but to show support. Who knows what the consequences would be. But in the meantime, he pushes back in whatever way he can.

i think it's certainly creating a fork in the road for maga but more so republicans in general. as shown above, we have green and gabbard publicly expressing their disapproval of entering war. some of the hardcore magas like patrickchewing and other basement dwellers will follow whatever direction trump pivots to bc they are unable to think for themselves and are in it for the allegiance. they are not americans, they would get down on their knees and suck trump off if he asked them to do so, no questions asked.

The only thing that would really shake things up is if China or Russia gets involved. Otherwise if the conflict is over swiftly and our involvement is limited to airstrikes, and we experience very little pain as a result, and Trump can tout "victory"... then I think the average person will stop caring about this in a few months.

There are already plenty of countries in the region eager and willing to do business with us and none of them give a shit about Iran. We go through leaders every 4-8 years so deals are expected to be renegotiated.
