Damn, Towson didn't win a game in 2011. :oldlol:
Kidd-Gilchrist 24 and 19!

And the only team they've played closer than 24th ranked UVA is UMBC. That would've been an embarrassing loss for Virginia who was staking claim to being the 3rd best team in the ACC.
I think that runs Towson's losing streak to 32 games.
On another note, the more and more I see of Michael Kidd-Glichrist the more and more I believe he should be the #1 overall pick in the draft. And I'm also starting to think he's the best player in America, Jared Sullinger, Harrison Barnes, and Jeremy Lamb included.
I know a player like Anthony Davis has a ton of upside but Kidd-Gilchrist, as a 6'7" SF, does a little of everything. He can score from all three levels, is a good athlete, and rebounds very well from his position. There aren't many holes in his game.

His jumper will continue to scare some people off, but I think he can get that corrected.
he's like a 6-7 Rondo, I wish our whole team played with his motor
Ryne Smith is the biggest douchebag in college basketball.

I still think Andre Drummond should be the #1 pick, but Gilchrist was beasting today and I really like him. Anthony Davis is already a good defender but his offensive game needs work
Overall though, I'd take Drummond over everyone else at this point.
I honestly couldn't tell you if I'm sold on Indiana this season.
But damn if they don't have the two of the best wins in all of college basketball up to this point, and you would have to think all season.
They don't have two of the best wins in college basketball, they have the two best wins in college basketball this season, period. I don't care if they were both at home, they've now beat Kentucky and Ohio State. Right now, they are a top 10 team.
Now, they still have to show they can go on the road and win because their toughest road game ended in a 15 point loss.
Anyone see the end to this Santa Clara-Wagner game?

As per usual, MSU doesn't build a big lead against an inferior team, but I can't complain with 13 straight wins.
I have hopes for this season, but I can't wait to see Payne and Nix starting together next season.
Dawson reminds me of Raymar Morgan as a freshman. Hopefully he progresses better over the course of the next 2-3 years.
It's Monmouth, so my excitement is tempered, but Kendall Marshall does have 11 assists and counting. And, once again, our three-point shooting weakness from a year ago seems to be completely gone as Bullock, Hariston, and Barnes have combined to shoot 6/13 from deep.

I grew up with #25 on Wagner. same guy that was on sportscenter #1 play for dunking over his mom. one of those freak athletes, Rutgers was recruiting him for basketball AND football at the same time.
I really hope we beat Gaylor tonight.
