:oldlol: As if your quote of what he said was correct...
Did you read all my post?
And "Continue my Greatness" vs. "Continue greatness for myself"
Sorry but that pretty much the same thing...
And at the time he was saying this I was looking for reasons to like the guy again...not hate him. He just F'd it up IMO.
Re: And LeBron blows it again on the after game interview....
Yeap, he blows it again...affirmation of an arrogant queen
says the guy rockin the Evil Empire avy uh huh i got you figured out...
It's actually just a show I like. Nothing deeper than that.
It's a basketball forum last time I checked.
What should we take seriously in here? The possibility of a war with North Korea?
I don't think I would post here so much if I didn't take basketball so seriously.
It's a game yes but it's my favorite sport...very passionate about it.
Don't lay it off on the sport. Getting all bent out of shape about what LeBron said has nothing to do with basketball as a sport.
Re: And LeBron blows it again on the after game interview....
Did a post game interview with Craig Sager and I mentioned "Greatness" and I didn't mean my self individually, I meant to say US as a TEAM working towards "Greatness". Anyways Great Team Win for US tonight!
I guess this is all LAKER fans have for tonight. What a sad existence.
They are coming off back to back championships. Are you serious?

I don't even know what that meant in relation to the question. He can't articulate himself at all.

I do think it's odd that, for a team that wins as much as the Lakers do, their fans constantly feel the need to be reassured that the team gets it's due.

Nah, it's more needy than that.

I lost count of how many championships they have, and they feature the game's best player. I don't think they are needy at all. Just serve reminders to the "We Da Bess" crowd, who are led by self proclaimed "Kings" who haven't won ANYTHING.

Proved. My. Point.
Re: And LeBron blows it again on the after game interview....
Yeah, Lebron says stupid shit, and this was funny, too, but I separate Lebron the person, from Lebron the basketball player. I mean, the guy is great on the court, the best player in the league the last couple of years(couldn't think of one argument against him for either MVP) and a historically great player.
Very few have ever been at the level Lebron was the last 2 years.

And I proved mine ... well Bryant proves it for me.

I'm sorry, but if you have a problem with what he said, you're trying to find problems. It's clear he was saying that he wanted to continue the "greatness" he had in Cleveland in Miami. He just got through talking about the good times he had with the Cavs and was saying he wants to continue that with the Heat. This is such a non-story.

Clearly not. :oldlol:
