You need something more than just a "secret account" in a country where Trump has conducted company business.

I wouldn't have a problem with Hunter Biden having a Chinese bank account, but what I do have a problem is that he went there with Joe, who did amazingly poor in policy discussions, while the Hunter group came away with a deal that secured him, his partners and the Biden family a 50% stake of an investment company that was funded with $1.5 billion all coming from a Chinese energy company, which was part of the CCP.
One of Hunter's former business partners has confirmed now, that the 10% share of that 50% going to the US side of the company, was indeed for "the big guy" Joe Biden. That means $75 million dollar in value for Joe right off the bat the moment the company was registered and funded, and a total of $750 million in value for Hunter, the business partners, Joe and the rest of the family. And that's just on one deal! There are other CCP deals as well, there's Burisma, there's Iraq, there's Kazakhstan..
And not long after the Biden's got their $750 million dollar share in said company, radar technology was approved to be sold to China.

Listen to him here, introducing his partners to the White House, basically describing an alliance with China and the CCP(also as a bonus, you can notice how coherent and balanced he is in the way he talks compared to today).

Obviously I can't say for certain that Trump hasn't cut some sort of deal and I have seen the conspiracy theory that he's paid by Russian oligarchs and thereby extension of Putin.
