To me it seems like someone who was bullied in their youth and haven't found a constructive way to process it. And the compulsive lying and failure to admit being wrong points towards extremely narcissistic traits. 100% has mental health issues. The guy needs help before it's too late.

I hope he is just 15 and not someone in his 30's-40's. It would be extremely odd for someone to be acting like this at that age. Even acting like this in your 20's is cringe.
