Realistically, would you even believe it then? Of course he'll come out and say he was set up and that the investigation is bullshit, even if he's arrested. Would you be inclined to believe him?

With you it kinda seems like you'll require full video evidence of him doing something and shouting his own name in the process.

Of course it's easier to believe when someone get charged and arrested for possibly being guilty of the felony. Don't you (and Gates, RMLI, OTC etc.) think it's more of a possibility of it being true compared to a 15yr random [I]alleged[/I] email?
