only people not from California's central Coast.
If you live near the Central Coast ( San Louis Obispo County or Santa Barbara County) it's fully understood that those county's are Cali's Central Coast.
- example: I used to live un the Bay Area.....and people did think Santa Barbara was so cal....
- but actually living near Santa Barbara now....NO ONE hear says it's So Cal....we are still 2 hours away from LA......everyone hear views it as Cen Cal.
I lived in Monterey for 12 years I can tell you that nobody north of Goleta considers Santa Barbara as being part of the central coast... Consider that just folks from Santa Barbara trying to make themselves out to be something they ain't :lol
it's all northern mexico to me

I used to fantasize about harming women that rejected me, which is most of them. I would never do it because I fear the consequences and I don't want to hurt anyone, but I understand why he did it.

To you?
do you live in Cali?.....The bay area is Nor Cal....that map you showed shows SB county....it's the central coast in between the Bay and South coast.
again.....no one that lives in Santa Barbara county attributes Santa Barbara to so cal....

the only reason why i called it socal is because thats what CNN first reported. "shooting in southern california" maybe "southern california" isnt the same meaning as "socal"

Shut up, Santa Barbara is basically greater LA.

I'm in the Bay and no one thinks of Santa Barbara as socal, definitely Central California. Lol at all the people arguing this point, yes obviously Santa Barbara lies in the southern half of California. The cultural "Norcal" "Socal" "central cal" don't lie strictly on the geographic boundaries :confusedshrug:
Anyway, this dude is a pathetic piece of human garbage.
