I'm speaking about the 05-08 Cavs whose starting backcourt was primarily Eric Snow and Larry Hughes. Talent wise those teams weren't much different than those Lakers teams before last year.

Kwame COULDN'T even catch a ball. Odom was inconsistent as hell. Smush? He gave a red carpet to EVERY PG which got so bad that Phil had to start a ROOKIE PG in the playoffs which never happened before. Kobe's "supporting" cast was one of the worst casts in the HISTORY of the league.

He's definitely not a relatable guy, and I think that's partially by design. I remember when he first got to the league and interviews would ask what Laker legends were helping him out, and he seemed to bristle at the concept at the idea of someone else taking credit for the work that he does. He's just a basketball nerd that doesn't really care for much else.

I agree, but in this case the victims own first account didn't constitute rape. Having buyers remorse after star ****ing isn't rape. Not being treated well during sex, then being told to take off, isn't rape. Had Kobe not been a jerk, then blocked the door and asked her to calm down he probably wouldn't have gotten in trouble. Actually if he just had a normal personality he probably wouldn't have gotten in trouble.
Fact : When LeBron got to the Finals, he was still younger than :
- 43.3% of the players who got drafted in the 1st round of that year's draft
- 73.3% of the players who got drafted in the 2nd round of that year's draft
- 72% of all the rookies (I didn't calculate that stat but it was shown on ESPN, so I don't know if it's exact or not, the others definitely are though)
While being on one of the most untalented teams to make it to the Finals.

None of these teams are any more talented than the Lakers teams that Kobe had. The only things these teams excelled at were rebounding and defense. They had no 2nd option (while the Lakers had Odom), had a young coach just learning the ropes (instead of Phil Jackson), and besides last year had no point guard (just like the Lakers). I'm not seeing the difference.

The rape accusation doesn't affect me whatsoever.
The Lakers breaking up is multi faceted and many people can get blamed, but I do believe that Kobe is the biggest culprit.
He being a bad teammate wouldn't bother me. But he throws his teammates under the bus way to often, he puts the blame on others and makes a bunch of excuses, not only for his failures but for future possible failures.
As far as his fans are concerned.....
I try to separate them from him, but somehow I think they're an extension of him. It may be a wrong assumption, but oh well.
But anyway.... there are no words that can explain how I HATE his "stans" (fans are different than stans).
I don't hate Kobe the "person" as much as I hate the player. There are traits of Kobe the "person" that I dislike, and while he might be a good guy, he's what we call a *****. You can be cool with him, but you can't really trust him.
I think he brings alot of this hate onto himself.

My guess is that she willingly gave it up, but then she started getting mad when he was getting too rough and wanted to bust on her face, and told him to stop. He claims he stopped right away when she told him to stop, but I think he kept banging her. The question is for how long. A long time, or just a few seconds?
