Keep on laughing. I'll be having the last laugh when Paul, Kobe and Dwight walk out onto the floor in purple and gold to play the Bulls on the 25th.
So the Magic give up Howard and have to pay Luke Walton $12 million?? Sounds fair
Well to be fair, a few years back there was a poster who had a "source" about how the lakers were working on deal to bring in a "star point guard from the east" and he mentioned "my source wouldnt lie". A week later, lo and behold, there were legitimate attempts to bring Jason Kidd to the lake show. So I try not to rule out any possibility.
This is totally realistic and plausible.
To LA: Dwight Howard & Hedo Turkoglu
To Orlando: Lamar Odom & Andrew Bynum
To LA: Chris Paul & Emeka Okafor
To LA Clippers: Pau Gasol, Trevor Ariza & Luke Walton
To New Orleans: 1st round pick (from LAC), Mo Williams, Aminu & Chris Kaman (expiring contract)
NO gets a pretty solid point guard in return, lottery pick, and a 12 million dollar expiring contract. I mean it's not a "terrible" deal for them. It certainly makes more sense then them keeping Gasol.

You're being ridiculous, they will be wearing white.
the fact that so many people are taking this serious is truly embarrassing to me as an insane NBA obsessed fan.
There is no chance of this happening but yet idiots are gobbling up Chris Broussards BS like they always do.
As much as I love NBA rumors, I'm starting to get really sick and tired of this shit. Its not even funny reading how many Lakers fans on espn.com actually think this is happening.
Conceited is not even the word for some of these ppl.
It may likely not happen but it's foolish to think it can't happen.
Lakers gets cp3 and okafor
Hornets get Marc gasol and oj mayo
Grizzlies get Pau gasol
BAM LOL
lol...a guy who wont trade Deng for Kobe before Lakers won back to back...old timers know what a retard fcuk u r
Get your facts straight. First off, some proof that I ever said that about Deng??? Yeah that's what I thought.
You must be confused with what Kobe said himself...he wouldn't go to the Bulls w/out Deng being there!!!! ****in idiot.
It's more than funny watching you ask "Dfish" for details when it's clear dude is bullshitting hard.
I'll still be here when none of this shit happens, so don't run away when I told you so.
Lol at you saying "oldtimers". You have no idea what you are talking about.
lakers arent going to get d12 or cp3! funny to see all these laker "fans" or should i say bandwagoners saying theyre gonna get both in a lobsided trade like the gasol trade.

The Clippers will trade the Minny 1st round pick, Chris Kaman's expiring contact, Mo Williams and Aminu for Pau Gasol and Trevor Ariza just so that Lakers can get Chris Paul???
Clippers don't even have use for Pau Gasol.
If anything the Clippers will make a direct trade with the Hornets to get Chris Paul.
Wasting all the trade assets for the Lakers benefit...RIGHT
Clippers would rather keep the Minny 1st round pick in a stacked draft than such a garbage trade.
Give me some of what you're smoking. LMFAO.
Right now, I'd take the trade rumors for what they are. I agree with trying to get Paul, but disagree with trading either Bynum or Gasol. Their length is what has gotten them through these past seasons, and I don't see them trading it away just like that. Even if it is for a Dwight Howard. The team as a whole underperformed last season, but that's no reason to blow it up and start over. At least not yet anyway.

they are old and slow man..other than bynum everybody is over 30
I would say get some value for Pau now when he has some ....another horrible playoffs and he becomes a burden
Bynum is a knee injury waiting to happen....trade him while other gm's see potential in him

Lost credibility on an internet message board???? Yea cuz anyone on here has real credibility???? get the **** outta here with that bullshit.
So i guess Dfish has credibility too, ok got it.
I remember tonight when you were hammering ISH "with full of shit".
Suck my dick, thanks.
It will be interesting on how Lakers are gonna treat Gasol and Bynum. One is gonna go before another, that's for sure. But how the team is gonna maximize their values, both short- and long-term.

As far as Im concerned, they cant ship Bynum out of LA fast enough. The kid's knees are made of rice crispies.
I dont know how anyone would take a chance on that guy. Am I the only person that doesnt trust in his styrofoam legs?
