I don't speak for every single Asian-American, but I would find it hard to give a crap over these jokes. Then again, I have really thick skin, but meh.

As long as we don't go down the path of saying "whassup my chinka-*****?" every time we greet each other, I think the jokes, if in good humor, are perfectly fine. Making a big deal out of it could turn it into a big deal; let's just loosen up and focus on more important things.
