No it is not when you lost with HCA 3x and won bronze medals multiple times and lost to a guy in your own era 3x in the finals who has as many titles as you in less years in the league. GOAT case is turning a franchise that never won into a dynasty also doing multiple 3 peats for a franchise that never won not one that only won 1 title in 11 years and needed a suspension for that.

Tmac would have made the playoffs with peak AD and Westbrook.
