My guess is that whoever has the evidence or the list of clients is purposely withholding it.

This doesn't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump himself was implicated in the underrage girl stuff. All it means is that he's trying to cover it up. It doesn't mean that he himself is implicated.

Trump hasn't been the only one to cover it up. Biden and Harris also tried to cover it up. They wouldn't even pay it lip service. Doesn't mean they were involved.

Trump could be implicated, it's definitely a possibility, but he also could just be covering it up. Politically there could be plenty of reasons for that.
