I think it could hurt both because they want have the space to dive to the rim anymore

could make sense except without shooters it's going to be tough like anything they try to do
If all these pieces start to mesh together, with Gobert screening for Rubio while Hood spaces the floor and acts as a secondary playmaker, they could seriously surprise people next season on the offensive end.
the problem with that is Hood rarely passes the ball. 6th man
It seems clear to me that Gordon Hayward was contemplating his departure for a long time.
Can you blame him? Even after Gobert emerged and they finished 2014 as the 6th best team they continued to not try to win until they traded for a 3rd string pg in Mack when it was too late to matter. Then even last year they never were all in so they could have cap space to replace Hill with Rubio. They talked about paying tax and they still went the cheap route after it was obvious Hayward and Gobert needed help to compete with the top team.:confusedshrug:
I do hope that Tony Bradley gets minutes but he doesn't look to make a major impact unless he catches up to NBA speed fast.
He will with the Stars. Ideally he's ready to back-up Gobert by the end of the year once they clean house
The main lineups for this is Rubio-Hood-Sefolosha-Favors-Gobert, with Exum Ingle Burks and Mitchell, all subbing in and out of the 1-2-3. This lineup looks insane defensively. With Favors slimming down and not playing on a bum leg, he can continue to shut down the 4 spot defensively. Having two shot blockers with 3 smart, long defenders will be key. Hood will be better defensively just by being around these guys and he has always had the physical gifts to be a good on ball defender.
Hood isn't long and isn't a defender. 6th man
