Well at least here in Holland we just subtitle American shows, in France and Germany they actually use French/German voices over the original ones, truly the gayest thing you will ever see.

My English typing isn't flawless but I can pretty much perfectly understand it when someone is speaking it. I usually download films without subtitles anyways. Or don't really read em at the cinema.
