This is like the 4th incident within the last 4 months involving guns and violence with Ja or his crew.
He or people in his crew point weapons with laser sights at NBA workers in Indy.
He alledgedly hit a security officer in another altercation
He had another incident hitting a 17 year old in the head then brandishing a gun to scare him.
Now he films himself in a public nightclub flashing a gun and you think this is being blown out of proportion.

Shutting him down before things escalate may save his life because in the streets he is a fish surrounded by sharks.

Well of course. Ja Morant is not the root of society's ills. He is a stupid symptom. Which means he has a responsibility to his money to stop being stupid. Were it not for his celebrity he would just be another pointlessly thuggish idiot. Bad for society but certainly not national news.

I'm sure the Grizzlies and/or the NBA is investigating to see if he had the gun with him in any capacity with the team the previous day/night and morning. He had a game that previous night. He was on a team plane. So the question is did he have the gun with him that whole time on the plane and in the arena? If the NBA finds out that he did he going to get a steep suspension.

Back in 2009 Arenas got suspended in December for the rest of the season for having his gun in the team locker room. Grant it, that situation was different because him and a teammate got into it, but yea...
