People give negative reps for awfully stupid reasons. I got once that said "u try to hard to be funny but fail every time." Also, I get them for suggesting that people use the OT forum for stuff that has nothing to do with basketball. Realistically, though, kwaj should probably have the highest rep. Pretty much everyone likes him whether he's posting hoops or making goofy threads. I come down on less knowledgeable posters a little too often to have that good a rep.

I got four 'grays' in like ten minutes from punks trying to dis me because I rightfully shamed that horrifically knob gobbling brown nosing 'Kobe and Ronaldhino' groupie thread yesterday. I'll probably get more attempts at neg reps now for talking about it. Kobe groupies are like terrorists, and probably responsible for longer waits at the airports.

People who try to give you negative reps just because your opinion doesn't match up with theirs usually already has a bad rep and wont count against you. I usually just give out negative reps to people who spam and spew out retarded garbage. If I give out positive reps to people it's usually to people who are nice about their posts and people who make good discussion.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of you create another username and boost your own reputation...seeing GeeWiz making a huge thread about something so meaningless proves that.
This is the one person who I disagree the most with, not that I don't respect his opinion on certain things because he has some insight...I just think he's too bold with some of the things he says and can't defend worth a lick when he's put on a spot. Just goes balistic with insults like a typical 16 year old.
All I got is grey dots? But I get positive comments from people like LakerRaider and some others...I think I had 2 red dots and both of them are regarding Kobe. :roll:

I switched my avatar Suns logo avatar to Magic Johnson (one of my favorite players) and life is better now... I can mention Kobe without getting a gray box :D.

I am convinced that I am the only one on this board who knows who the rep system works. On another site I post at, i have 10,000+ reps. This is sort of a new board, so nobody has real rep power. Geewiz, nobody in the red can do any damage to you. If someone in the green negs you, your rep points will drop a little bit.
